my wife and I are excited to announce our first Airbnb rental property will be coming online in time for the Summer if 2022! We recently purchased a 4 bedroom 2 bath 2000 square-foot single-family down the Cape in Mashpee Massachusetts (down the Cape means in Cape Cod for those of you who aren’t local). The property sits on an acre lot and we have plans to install a pool, sport court and several other outdoor amenities to really make this an amazing destination for comfort and relaxation. Additionally, the interior finishes will feature a luxurious finish which will be land a farmhouse feel with contemporary design.
While this will be our first Airbnb rental, we are excited to continually grow our business. It’s taken a lot of dedication, commitment and sacrifice for us to get to where we are and we will continue our journey. In reflecting on our expansion into this model I’m reminded of what it takes to grow in life. It’s easy to be comfortable and stay in your comfort zone but if you want more it will require that you push yourself. I believe that growth only Happens when we find the courage to push past our self imposed limitations to achieve a better quality of life for ourselves and the ones we love.
